SALT LAKE CITY — Has Utah finally hit its stride and playing some of the best football it can play up to this point in the season? The hosts are joined by Utah wide receiver Solomon Enis to get his take on where the team is at after five weeks of action.

The trio breaks down Utah's decisive win over Oregon State and all that went well and didn't in the game as the team looks ahead to a road trip to the Rose Bowl to take on an undefeated UCLA team. Enis gives his insight into the struggles athletes have on and off the field and how they can serve to be a bonding factor among teammates.

For Enis, watching a guy like fellow wide receiver Jaylen Dixon, who had to overcome some adversity in his time at Utah, have success on the field on Saturday is a big motivator to the team. They see how hard he's working and it means the world to everyone on the team.

"It's great to see. Everyone has everything that goes on outside of football or school, everyone has their adversity that they're facing in life, but people don't get to see it because it's not their business," Enis said. "So JD had his own stuff going on and nobody needs to know about it because it's his and his personal things that he's going through.

"That's why they coaches and players are so excited for him. Everybody was like, 'Well, JD was doing this stuff in like 2019, what's so exciting? Why are y'all so happy now all the sudden?' It's because we're with him day in and day out and the progress he's been making. So this year, especially last game, you can't be nothing but happy for him. Just seeing him score that first drive and then taking that reverse around, it's just surreal. We have genuine love for each other."

And it's the same for other teammates, too. It's partially why Enis said the University of Utah is a special place to be.
