THE STREETS — Even if it was just for a second, we've all wanted to be the bad boy or date the bad boy.

There's just something about that bad boy trope that lures us in. The bad boy is mysterious and aloof. He does what he wants, which makes him stand out from the crowd. A bad boy doesn't care about the rules — he's "free." And you could be that bad boy who is free, or you could date the bad boy who sets you free.

One surefire way to know if someone is a bad boy is that their vehicle of choice is often some sort of giant motorcycle with a loud muffler that you can hear a mile down the road. It's the telltale sign that you're about to get beat up for looking at his girl, or that it's time to run out and hop on the back for a hot date night.

This video starts with just such a sound coming around the bend on an empty neighborhood road. But that's not precisely what comes into view.

What turns the corner are two grown men stuffed on the back of an electric moped that's emitting a normal amount of noise and going slow as molasses. The "muffler" noise is being produced by the passenger with a good ol' fashioned, marching band elite trombone.

In other words, it's the nerdiest way to fake being a bad boy.

Of course, with this technique you can't pretend to be a bad boy for very long. But what you can do is create a few seconds of delight and giggles for the internet. Worth it.
