Andrew Adams reporting Charges could be filed soon against a Davis County educator accused of sexual exploitation of a minor. Students at West Point Junior High say they can't believe Spanish teacher Benjamin Hernandez would do something like that
"He was really nice and fun, and just never expected it of him, says student Dallas Davies. "I was, like, shocked. Didn't believe it."
Any time anyone is accused, it comes as a shock," says Davis School District spokesman Chris William. "He was a very good teacher who had a good reputation as a teacher. But the investigation is continuing."
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force made the arrest. The state is now reviewing Hernandez's teaching license.
