THE PARKING LOT — Have you ever just had "one of those days?" The ones where nothing will go right and the world seems to be conspiring against you? Of course you have, we all have.
I've experienced those days more than I'd like to admit — like the time I literally wore my boxer shorts to school or face-planted down the stairs in seventh grade in front of the head cheerleader. My point is that we all have off days where it seems like one thing just piles on to another until it's out of control and feels like we're running around a crowded parking lot trying to stop runaway shopping carts.
Well, that's literally what happened to this supermarket employee in this video.
This video was captured this last summer in New Jersey. Apparently, the shopping cart returns had been removed to accommodate more parking while simultaneously making this guy's life a living purgatory.
In the video we watch him try to wrangle several shopping carts to take back inside. Then he loses a couple and abandons the larger stack to save the smaller from barreling into a car. But then the larger stack decides to go for a ride, and now he has a decision to make. This scenario plays out multiple times, and let's just say the employee isn't incredibly spry and it's just not his day.
Before we pass judgment on this poor guy, remember: we all have these days and his just happened to be caught on camera.
