Reminiscent of the pre-digital days, The King’s English is exactly what you’d imagine when you think of a neighborhood bookstore. Stepping into The American Rust Company is less about shopping and more about treasure hunting. That’s because this Sugar House shop is, according to one Yelp review, “simply the best collection of antiques, collectibles and repurposed junk in SLC.”
But if you’re looking for teacups and creepy dolls, you’d best find another antique store. The American Rust Company keeps collectibles oh so cool, with an assortment of vintage neon signs, car grills, antique cameras, typewriters and other one-of-a-kind finds.
