Yams Even Doug Wright Would Eat
INGREDIENTS
3 cups sweet potatoes - boil and mash (1 big can)
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter + 1/3 cup butter for topping
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Beat potatoes, milk, sugar, butter and vanilla.
2) Add in eggs. Pour into a baking dish and top with brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, flour and nuts.
3) Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
