CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Southern Utah turned three blocked punts into touchdowns tonight as the Thunderbirds crushed Western State, 55-to-three.
The Thunderbirds are two-and-oh for the first time since 1997. It was their largest margin of victory since a 58-point win over Western New Mexico in 1981.
Wes Marshall threw four touchdown passes and ran for another score.
