PARLEY’S CANYON — A crash closed westbound I-80 Friday a little before 6:30 p.m., according to Utah Department of Transportation. The road was reopened by 8 p.m., according to UDOT's incident accident list.

While the road was closed, officials advised drivers to use I-215 East as an alternate route.

All westbound traffic on I-80 in the area was being diverted off at exit 130, traffic camera footage showed.

Details about the crash, including if anyone was injured, were not immediately available.
