DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — Duke center Marques Bolden is remaining in the NBA draft while Javin DeLaurier will return to the Blue Devils for his senior season. Coach Mike Krzyzewski says Bolden received "some positive feedback" as he went through the draft evaluation process. The 6-foot-11 Bolden averaged 5.3 points and 4.5 rebounds while starting 21 of 35 games during his junior season. DeLaurier is 6-10 and averaged 3.8 points and 4.4 rebounds while making 16 starts last season.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Four-star forward Woody Newton of Mount Zion Prep in Baltimore has announced he intends to play for the Syracuse Orange. Newton announced his decision Tuesday on Twitter.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Minnesota broke through to reach the Women's College World Series for the first time in school history this season. The Golden Gophers will play UCLA on Thursday. In other opening day matchups, No. 1 seed Oklahoma will play Alabama, Oklahoma State will play Florida State, and Washington will face Arizona.
