LOS ANGELES (AP) — Southern California has added forward Daniel Utomi to its basketball roster for next season, its second graduate transfer addition this month.

Coach Andy Enfield said Tuesday that Utomi is expected to graduate from Akron soon with a degree in sports management. Utomi joins guard Quinton Adlesh, who is graduating from Columbia. Both players will have one season of eligibility remaining.

Utomi averaged a team-high 14.2 points and 5.5 rebounds and made a team-leading 93 3-pointers while starting 32 of 33 games for Akron last season. The 6-foot-6, 225-pounder from Houston was a Mid-American Conference honorable mention.

Enfield has a top-five recruiting class coming in comprised of McDonald's All-American Isaiah Mobley, 2018 California Mr. Basketball Onyeka Okongwu, Max Ogbonkpolo, Kyle Sturdivant and Drake London, who counts as a football scholarship.
