NEW YORK (AP) — It was a busy week for coach Kelly Graves and the Oregon Ducks. A win over previously unbeaten Mississippi State started off the fourth-ranked Ducks' week. Graves then sat out Oregon's next two games to serve a suspension for NCAA violations. While Graves sat out the wins over Air Force and UC Irvine, his team had no problem continuing to win, thanks in no small part to Sabrina Ionescu. The junior guard had back-to-back triple-doubles _ setting the NCAA record for men and women in the process.

CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Clemson coach Dabo Swinney keeps the mood light around his football program. He wants the Tigers to celebrate each victory and enjoy what it takes to get there. It seems to be working, top recruits keep coming and his assistants don't want to leave. The 2016 national champions are in the College Football Playoff for a fourth consecutive season. No. 2 Clemson will face No. 3 Notre Dame at the Cotton Bowl on Dec. 29 for a spot in the national title game.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — Wake Forest receiver Greg Dortch says he is skipping his final two college seasons and entering the NFL draft. Dortch announced his decision a day after the Demon Deacons beat Memphis in the Birmingham Bowl. The AP All-America second-team selection as an all-purpose player had a team-best 89 receptions for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns. He missed the final five games of last season with an abdominal injury, then missed the bowl game with a hand injury.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Florida State has hired Houston assistant Kendal Briles as its offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He is replacing Walt Bell, who took the head coaching position at UMass earlier this month. Briles resigned from Houston after the Cougars finished the season with a 70-14 loss to Army in the Armed Forces Bowl.

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Kansas is likely to fall out of the No. 1 spot in The Associated Press college basketball poll following its 80-76 loss to No. 18 Arizona State. No. 2 Duke could move back into the top of the AP Top 25 after surviving a test against No. 12 Texas Tech at Madison Square Garden.
