POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Fish and Game officials have captured a mountain lion near the campus of Idaho State University.
KPVI-TV reports a jogger spotted the adult mountain lion Friday morning and called university police.
Idaho Fish and Game officials and Pocatello police responded and found the mountain lion in a tree.
The wildlife officials tranquilized the animal so it could be captured and relocated.
University officials say mountain lions have been spotted in the area before.
