PARIS (AP) — Defending champion France will return to the city of Lille to face Spain in the Davis Cup semifinals in September.

The French tennis federation says the Sept. 14-16 matches will be played on an indoor hard court at the 27,500-capacity Pierre Mauroy Stadium, with the roof closed.

France won its 10th Davis Cup title last year in the same venue, beating Belgium 3-2. The northern city also played host to the 2014 final that France lost to Switzerland.
