WOODS CROSS, Utah (AP) — A problem with a transformer at a utility substation in northern Utah left more than 4,500 residents without power for about 90 minutes in the Woods Cross and North Salt Lake area.
Rocky Mountain Power says the power outage was reported at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. All power had been restored shortly after 10 a.m.
The utility says the outage was caused by equipment failure on the transformer.
