WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (AP) — Police say they are searching for a man who rammed a patrol vehicle while fleeing from authorities.
West Valley Police Lt. Mike Fossmo says officers located the man who was wanted for felony warrants at Embassy Suites on Wednesday.
The Deseret News reports the man drove off in a Chevrolet Trailblazer when police tried to arrest him.
Fossmo says the man rammed a patrol vehicle as he drove away.
No officers were injured.
Police spiked the car's tires during the chase, but ended the pursuit due to the man's dangerous driving.
Fossmo says they have used K-9s and helicopter, but have been unable to locate the man.
