ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) — A Cedar City man has been sentenced to nearly one year in jail and three years of probation for sexually assaulting two teenagers.
The Spectrum reports 19-year-old Jakey Joshua Wall was sentenced Tuesday to 360 days in jail and 36 months of probation for one count of attempted unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
He is also charged for attempted forcible sexual abuse for an attack on a second victim.
Previous reports say a 14-year-old girl told police that Wall sexually assaulted her at his home on Aug. 8.
An 18-year-old told police Wall had assaulted her just the day before on Aug. 7.
After he is released from jail, Wall must register as a sex offender and complete 100 hours of community service as part of his probation.
