BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Firefighters were able to pull a woman from a burning mobile home, but authorities say the woman died at the scene.
The Idaho Statesman reports Boise Fire Department spokeswoman Char Jackson says the fire was reported Wednesday afternoon.
A neighbor says the woman killed in the blaze was an older woman and had dogs. Battalion Chief Steve Rasulo says first responders did not find any dogs at the residence.
Four engines and two trucks were dispatched to the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
