THE NEWSROOM — This week the voters of Alabama cast their vote in the high-profile Alabama Senate race between Democrat Doug Jones and Republican Roy Moore.

While Jones was declared the winner, Moore, as of Friday afternoon, had not conceded.

As the last few years of politics have made clear, not even important national elections are exempt from misinformation.
