Authorities say they found cellphone videos that show 3-year-old Angelina Costello's condition growing progressively worse before she was found covered in wounds under a layer of makeup. Prosecutors filed aggravated murder charges Tuesday against the girl's mother, 22-year-old Brenda Emile, and father, 25-year-old Miller Costello.
TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Authorities in Washington state say the father-in-law of a Utah woman who went missing in 2009 has been released early from prison after serving time for possession of child pornography. Steven Powell is the father of Josh Powell, who is believed to have killed his wife, Susan Powell, in Utah before moving to Washington state, where he killed himself and his two young sons in an explosive fire at their Pierce County home in 2012.
