This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.
In the world of online marketing, most companies advertise through banners, e-mail newsletters, Web site links, search engines and more. But what you may not know is that every time you click on an advertisement, you start a chain of events that need to be tracked, analyzed and reported before ultimately taking you to an advertiser's Web site. It's a daunting task usually handled by many companies working with tracking systems.
In 2001, Frank Ouimette and Bret Grow were working for an Internet marketing company. They started thinking that there had to be a better way to track statistics on sales and leads, and in their spare time they began developing a software solution that could streamline the process. Their program would also add intuitive controls to allow marketing managers to manage their own ad campaigns.
Only a year later the system matured enough so it was ready to be released to the public. Frank and Bret launched Burstabit Media to showcase the tracking system they created, called LinkTrust. LinkTrust quickly gained recognition and popularity among online merchants, ad networks and lead aggregators, and it has become a market leader in the advertisement and lead tracking space.
Burstabit Media's premier product, LinkTrust, has been hailed as one of the most accurate and flexible advertising platforms in the industry. Because of the Lehi company's personalized support and highly-trained staff, it retains more than 95 percent of its clients, who come from all over the world.
Burstabit Media's extensive client list boasts a 10 percent monthly growth rate, making it one of the largest and fastest growing tracking platforms in the industry. The company recently doubled its office space in Lehi to more than 7,000 square feet to accommodate future growth projections. The expanded office space and location in central Utah County help it to attract some of the best talent from two major metropolitan areas.
