TOOELE, Utah (AP) -- A Speed Week driver at the Bonneville Salt Flats was hurt when his vehicle crashed and rolled at 244 mph, a Tooele County sheriff's dispatcher said.
The crash occurred Thursday. The driver was cut from the vehicle and flown to a hospital.
His name was not released, and his condition could not be determined Friday.
A dispatcher at the sheriff's office would provide no additional details.
