SALT LAKE CITY — The University of Utah won 13 of their past 18 bowl appearances over the past 25 years, a remarkable run for any program.

Here are some of our favorite moments over the past 25 years. As always, click the video above for highlights from each win.

Utah’s 16-13 Freedom Bowl win over Arizona in 1994 was the Utes’ first bowl victory in 30 years. Cal Beck’s 72-yard kickoff return set up Mike McCoy to Kevin Dyson for the game-winner.

Mike Anderson had one of the greatest individual performances in Utah history in the 1999 Las Vegas Bowl. His record-setting 254 yards rushing led to a 17-16 win over Fresno State.

The Utah defense shut out Southern Mississippi in the 2003 Liberty Bowl, which saw current defensive coordinator Morgan Scally record the play of the game with a 74-yard fumble return.

The magical BCS-busting season was capped off by a 35-7 win over Pitt in the Fiesta Bowl; who can forget that one? Paris Warren’s 15 catches for 198 yards — and his hook-and-ladder — will never be forgotten.

With Calvin Johnson on the other sideline, Travis Latendresse had a career day in the 2005 Emerald Bowl. He caught 16 passes for 214 yards and four touchdowns in a 38-10 win over Georgia Tech.
