The Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory for Theater and Music at Westminster College recently received a “Merit Award” for “Outstanding Architecture and Design in Education” from the Council of Educational Facilities Planners International. The design was by MHTN Architects and built by Layton Construction.

Sahara, a Utah construction firm, has partnered with Kennecott Land to create a new entity named Copper Rock Development, a Sahara-Kennecott Land Company. Copper Rock will develop the planned 93,000 acres on Salt Lake Valley’s west end.
