Arizona has voted for Republican presidential candidates since 1952 — except for 1996, when it chose Democrat Bill Clinton. Polls show the race between Trump and Clinton is running close.

The ruling came in a lawsuit by a man who bought an Infiniti from a CarMax lot in Costa Mesa and said he experienced problems with the car.
