Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Kareina Westlund has been named District Manager and Senior Vice President of Retail Banking for U.S. Bank in the Salt Lake metro district. Kent Lewin, co-founder and President of ArosNet, has been appointed to the SmartUtah Board of Directors. SmartUtah was formed by Governor Leavitt to build technology infrastructure and expertise in rural Utah communities.
