Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has acquired Prudential 1st Choice Real Estate, a South Ogden-based firm. This acquisition brings Fifty-three agents into Coldwell.
U.S. Translation Company translated English transcripts into Spanish and Japanese for Xango, a manufacturer of health products. Part of the translations were later recorded and put on Xango’s promotional videos. The rest of the translations were used for subtitling on the same videos.
NBO Systems announced the first successful implementation of its mall gift card program. The first participating mall is the Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines, Iowa. NBO provides the software, cards, collateral, and accounting to manage and implement the stored value program.
Paychex announced that it has completed the acquisition of InterPay, a wholly owned subsidiary of FleetBoston Financial Corporation. The purchase price was $182 million dollars in cash.
