Mountain West Telecom, Utah’s largest privately held telecommunications solutions provider, has been certified as a Premier Partner by Cisco Systems, the world leader in Internet networking. Mountain West is one of only nine Cisco-certified companies locally owned and operated in Utah.

The Wayne Brown Institute is taking submissions for the fifth annual Investors Choice™ Equity Capital Conference in Hawaii on October 1st. For more information, go to www.venturecapital.org.

Wells Fargo has awarded academic scholarships to five Salt Lake students: Rebecca Blackett, Blake Durtschi, Ashley Morrison, Lindsay Tanner, and Amber Vincent will all receive $1000 dollars from the Wells Fargo Team Members’ Dependent Children Scholarship Program. Wells Fargo also recently donated $25,000 dollars to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake.

Camco Construction began construction on the new Make-A-Wish office building in Murray. The 12,600 square foot building was designed by VCBO Architects and will be completed in November.

UTA Employees are donating time and $65,000 dollars to build a Habitat for Humanity Home in the Wolstenholme Park Planned Unit Development at 7420 West 2820 South in Magna.
