Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Deseret Book Company has hired Don Stirling as Chief Marketing Officer. Stirling is the former Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee. Comfort Systems USA, Intermountain has appointed Mark Adler as President of its Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Contracting Group and John “Whitey” Reed as President of its Service, Retrofit, and Residential Group. These appointments were made as Comfort Systems divided its operations into these two separate groups. Jasen Bennie has joined Cameron Construction as an Estimator.

UPS, in addition to recently unveiling a new logo, has introduced the latest pick-up time in the downtown Salt Lake City area. A new Air Drop Box at 150 East Social Hall Avenue is now available until 7:15 p.m.

UTA is offering Summer Youth Passes for youth up to age 17.

Business Space Illustrated is now networked with many other commercial real estate publications. Advertising and networking links on www.businessspaceusa.com have created an Internet network of commercial real estate publishers in Utah, Texas, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia, and Connecticut.
