Standoff in Sheridan ends after more than 60 hours

SHERIDAN, Wyo. (AP) — A standoff between law enforcement and a man and a woman barricaded in a home in Sheridan has ended after more than 60 hours.

Police say the two surrendered peacefully on Saturday.

The Sheridan Press reports (http://tinyurl.com/hbta9dz ) the standoff began Wednesday when police investigated a domestic violence complaint.

Charges against the pair have not been released.
