Today I want to tell you about a company that has made a successful name for itself by helping other businesses streamline their payment management process. Originally named for its prototype product, Create-A-Check Business Solutions opened its doors in 1991 with one of the first laser check printing software programs in the U.S. Designed to operate seamlessly with most accounting packages, Create-A-Check soon became popular with both mid and large-sized companies that used massive quantities of checks. One of the product's most outstanding features was its ability to print an entire check run in one pass on blank check stock using a desktop laser printer or a secure network printer, thereby dramatically reducing the risk of check fraud.
Even more valuable to companies is Create-A-Check's cost-saving capability. Check production typically requires a number of employees who must manage, store, maintain, retrieve, print, sign, sort and distribute the checks. With Create-A-Check, one person can handle all of the above in less time, saving the client 50% or more on its bottom line.
Recently, the company changed its name to Piracle and has added an innovative software product that produces, prints, and disseminates virtually any kind of business form.
Piracle has been selected by Inc. 500 as one of the nation's top privately held companies and has consistently earned a spot in Utah 100. Just recently, the Create-A-Check software program was selected as one of the nation's top 100 accounting products for the year 2002 by Accounting Today magazine.
