Ruby’s Catering, which has been in the catering business for over 15 years, is changing its name to Boswell’s. In addition to its café and catering services, Boswell’s will offer home-style dinners to go. Boswell’s also has a new website at www.boswellscafe.com.

The World War II Pacific Theater Project of Mountain Green, which is a public charity, has entered into a partnership with The Imagination Group to produce a documentary. Rick Lindsay (a former KSL traffic reporter) and Bill Francis from the Imagination company recently returned from almost a month of videotaping Pacific battlesites. As part of this project, a library of thousands of interviews of World War II Pacific Theater veterans is being created. These television-quality interviews will be archived at the National Museum of the Pacific War. If you are or know of a Pacific veteran that should be interviewed, you may contact the project at 876-4079 or 466-2880.

The Inn at Temple Square recently received the “Friends of Paraeducator Award” for 2002. The award was given by the Paraeducators’ Association in recognition for the Inn’s eight years of donations to the organization.

Every year the Chamber honors the best small business successes at the Giant Step Small Business Awards. Nominations are being accepted through the end of December.
