Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Have Party...Will Travel has hired Mark Latimer as its new Warehouse Manager. Natalie Jensen is the new Office Manager at Love Communications. Nextel Communications has hired a bevy of people including Lynda Garrett as Senior Account Executive, Chris Redding as Inside Sales Associate, Lee Ziebarth as Senior Account Executive, James Smith as Corporate Account Executive, and Cameron Nelson as Senior Indirect Account Manager.
The National Speakers Association Utah Chapter recently gave the Loveless Award to Kathleen Gage. The Loveless Award recognizes excellence, dedication, and service to others in the professional speaking industry.
Country Business magazine has named a Gardner Village store as its nationwide 2002 Retailer of the Year. Country Furniture & Gifts, is a three-story furniture and gift store inside a refurbished flour mill at Gardner Village in West Jordan. The store was featured in the November/December issue of Country Business.
Diamond Rental recently opened a new equipment rental location in downtown Salt Lake City at 56 East 600 South. This location is one of Diamond Rental’s ten rental locations along the Wasatch Front. The new location targets the Avenues, Rose Park, Glendale, and Sugarhouse.
