Catalyst Magazine was recently recognized as a Psychologically Healthy Workplace by the Utah Psychological Association. The award looks at such things as the company’s policies for employee growth, family support, and health and safety. Catalyst Magazine for example, allows its employees to bring their babies and pets to work. There are usually about four dogs on site.

Altius Health Plans recently launched Peak Advantage. Peak Advantage is a product with lower premiums and an unlimited choice of health care providers. It also allows consumers to choose providers and benefit levels at the time they seek care.
