The Mayo Foundation has contracted with TheraDoc, a Salt Lake company, to implement TheraDoc's Antibiotic Assistant at St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Antibiotic Assistant is software that monitors and interprets electronic patient records and gives alerts for adverse events.
As of November 14th, about 40 businesses and about 40 parking lots had signed up for the Downtown Token Program.
A grand opening was held on November 21st for W Communications, an advertising agency, in the historic Broadway Lofts Building, 159 West Broadway.
KSL TV reporters Keith McCord and Shelley Osterloh were presented Ski Utah's Excellence in Snowsports Journalism award at the annual Ski Utah Membership Dinner on November 15th. The award included a ski plaque and a pair of K2 skis and Marker bindings.
Lone Peak Productions recently wrapped up a six-month production schedule producing several videos and interactive exhibits for Academy Studios of Novato, California. These videos and exhibits will be installed in the Alf Engen Ski Museum inside the Joe Quinney Winter Sports Center at Utah Olympic Park.
