According to a recent survey by Robert Half International, 58 percent of Chief Financial Officers said the qualities that impress them most about job candidates, aside from ability and willingness to do the job, are honesty and integrity. This is an increase of 26 percent compared to five years ago. Apparently the qualities of honesty and integrity have become more important in the current business environment. The lowest rated quality for financial executives was a sense of humor at only one percent.
