This is Fred Ball, Zions Bank, speaking on Business.

A group of us at the bank enjoy meeting in the food court at the ZCMI Center if we don¹t have a lunch meeting. It gives us a chance to gossip and solve all of the problems of the world. We call ourselves the "Zions Lunch Bunch."

Some of the group always go to the same outlet. Some rotate between the various food offerings and some simply head to the line that it is shortest. I sometimes ask the people why they settle for just the shortest line and the response I usually receive is that "it really doesn't matter. After a while, everything begins to taste the same regardless of which outlet you frequent."

Well, they are probably right but I have noticed that lately, more and more of the group are heading to one of the newest fast food stands in the mall. It is The Town Express. This has been a very positive addition to the food Court at ZCMI downtown Center Mall. The previous occupant of the space was really not very good or consistent. The new owners, Young and Susan Kim, have really improved the quality and variety of offerings. They have very good sandwiches, pastries, soups, fruits and salads.

Lately, I have opted for their half sandwich and soup offering. The soups are really very good. Each day they have five different flavors and I enjoy all of them. I guess my particular favorite is the chicken noodle. The noodles look and taste like home made and it is loaded with chicken. The sandwiches come on a variety of breads. I think the seven-grain must be the favorite of our group. Jim Becker seems to favor the hot pockets that have a variety of fillings for you to choose. Jim likes the chicken. I like the ham and cheese.

If you are in the ZCMI Downtown Center Mall and want to taste test the offerings of Town Express the owners always have trays set out with free samples of the various sandwiches and offerings. This is a great idea because I notice quite frequently that people will take the little sample and then quickly order a sandwich.

The Town Express in the ZCMI Downtown Center Mall is rapidly developing a large, loyal clientele.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
