Turner & Company has created a way to make it possible for smaller businesses to use off-the-shelf software, such as QuickBooks® to integrate with an EDI system.
Prevent Blindness Utah has disaffiliated with Prevent Blindness America and changed its name to Friends for Sight. The move was made so that a successful high school screening program can be expanded from Utah into Idaho, New Mexico, and Nevada. For more information, go to www.for-sight.com.
The Salt Lake Chapter of the Harley Owners Group held a ride last Sunday to raise awareness and benefit homeless youth at Volunteers of America’s Utah Homeless Youth Resource Center. Each rider donated a bag of personal necessities, such as toothpaste or socks to be distributed by the charity.
