R&O Construction Company of Utah has begun construction on a $10.5 million dollar senior housing project in Vallejo, California. The Solano Vista II project is 150,000 square feet with 194 apartment units. The project will be completed in October of 2003.
Office and Interior Solutions has opened a new showroom featuring Techline Furniture. Techline specializes in flexible contemporary style solutions for home and offices. Special emphasis is given to ergonomics, comfort, cabling, and support. Techline Office and Interior Solutions’ new showroom is at 1865 South State Street.
Skywest has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of two cents per common share payable October 10th.
ClearOne Communications spent $8 million dollars to acquire OMVideo, Inc, a Canada-based audiovisual integration firm. ClearOne also recently sold its Broadcast Telephone Interface product line to Comrex Corporation in Massachusetts.
Anthony Franklin Advertising recently announced they have been chosen as the agency of record for the Utah Winter Games, a private, non-profit organization that provides winter sports activities to members of the community.
