ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission released the names of the top applicants selected for growers and processors who are on the path to be licensed in the state. They will still need to win final approval after background checks to be licensed. Here is a list of the 15 growers and 15 processors named Monday by the commission and the counties they would be located in:
