POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — Pocatello Police say a 40-year-old man was shot early Saturday during an argument with his neighbor over dogs in the neighborhood.
The man was treated at a local hospital for a gunshot wound to his side. He was later released.
Police said the man and his neighbor argued just after midnight. The Idaho State Journal reports the man started pushing the woman and during the melee, her gun fired and wounded him.

Police have sent a report to the Bannock County Prosecutor to decide if charges should be filed.
