What is the best way to convince a hiring manager you are the ideal match for a position? According to a recent survey by OfficeTeam, 46 percent of workers polled say that working on a temporary basis is the best way for a hiring manager to evaluate a potential employee. Thirty percent said that an interview is the best way. Twelve percent believe that the reference check works best.

Washington Federal Savings will open a new branch office in Holladay at 1944 East Moormont Drive. Cameron Construction will build the facility which will be completed in October.

Kern River Gas Transmission Company has launched a new website at www.kernrivergas.com.

In the construction of the Grand Mesa Shopping Center in Grand Junction, Colorado, R&O Construction utilized a project website accessible by all project team members. The website enabled greater coordination of the project and a reduction in travel by out-of-state team members.
