HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) — Marshall University says its weekly sports medicine clinics will start up this Saturday.
Marshall Health offers the clinics from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturdays at the Marshall Sports Medicine Institute in Huntington.
Free evaluations are made by sports medicine physicians and staff from Marshall Orthopaedics and Marshall Family Medicine. The clinics usually run September through May, except for holidays. The institute also offers walk-in availability for standard appointments from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays.
Clinics are open to athletes as well as active people of any age. No appointment is necessary.
