Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. ClearOne Communications has name Scott Sharer as Manager of Video Technology and Education in its business services division. Irwin Union bank has formed a board of advisors to provide the bank with input and analysis on Utah’s economic conditions. The board members are Jeff Jensen, Gil Williams, Jeff Polychronic, Cary Jones, Carmell Jensen, Rick Woodbury, and Jeffrey Woodbury.

The Salt Lake County Division of Youth Services and Parent Support is holding its 2nd annual Children’s Charity Classic Golf Tournament on August 26th. For more information call 269-7506.

R&R Partners, a marketing communications firm, has been named the agency of record for the Clark Planetarium.

The U.S. Small Business Administration has made changes to its SBAExpress pilot loan program to allow 2,400 more lenders to participate in the plan.
