CHARLEROI, Belgium (AP) — Belgian police say two female officers have been attacked and wounded by a man wielding a machete and shouting "Allahu Akhbar." The attack occurred in front of the police station in the city of Charleroi (shahr-lur-WAH'). Police say the attacker was shot and later died. Belgium remains on high alert in the wake of terror attacks that killed 32 people in March.

CHICAGO (AP) — Protesters are planning to gather this afternoon at a Chicago park where 50 years ago Martin Luther King Jr. called for fair housing. The rally is expected to focus on last month's police shooting that killed Paul O'Neal, a black 18-year-old. Nine videos released yesterday showed Chicago police firing repeatedly at a stolen car as it careens down the street away from them. Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson has promised that if the officers acted improperly, they would "be held accountable for their actions."

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — The man who authorities say attacked accused Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof in a jail shower is out on $100,000 bond. Charleston County jail records show 26-year-old Dwayne Stafford was released after posting bond last night, more than 18 months after he was arrested on first-degree assault and strong armed robbery charges. The records don't show who paid the bond. Authorities say Stafford attacked Roof Thursday morning after his cell door wasn't locked as it was supposed to be. The jail is doing an internal investigation.

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Authorities in New Jersey say 42 people are injured after a railing collapsed during a concert by Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. A partition separating concertgoers from the stage at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden collapsed last night, causing people to fall onto the concrete below. Camden County officials say one fan suffered a serious upper body injury and remains hospitalized today in stable condition.

MOOSE, Wyo. (AP) — An Ohio teen who went missing in Grand Teton National Park has been found, alive and uninjured. Fauna Jackson was found near the Snake River Overlook about 4 miles from where she was last seen. And it appears she didn't want to be rescued. The National Park Service says Jackson had changed her appearance by cutting and dying her hair, and she fled when searchers tried to contact her early today. She's been taken to a hospital to be checked out.
