The Chamber’s Downtown Committee has developed principles for downtown development. Guideline two is: “Property owners and investors will play a key role in the future of the downtown area. The Salt Lake Chamber, its development partners, and Salt Lake City government will offer public support and other assistance to these property owners on projects that will improve the downtown, and, where necessary, help them to secure the necessary components for their success.”
