Gentner Communications, a division of ClearOne Communications, has signed an original equipment manufacturing agreement licensing its echo and noise cancellation technologies to Biamp Systems, a Portland-based provider of professional audio electronics.

U.S. Translation Company was recently awarded a contract to provide translation and interpretation services for all Salt Lake City Corporation departments—including the Mayor’s Office, Housing Authority, and Human Resources.

United Van Lines recently honored Gary Scogin and Kevin Head of Mesa Systems. Gary received the United Van Lines Masters Club Award and Kevin received the United Van Lines Masters Club Inner Circle Award.

Here’s a Chamber History Fact: In January of 2000, the Chamber’s name and logo was featured on an episode of Touched By An Angel. In the show, the Chamber is depicted as presenting a Man of the Year award.
