How often should you conduct performance reviews of your employees? In a recent survey by OfficeTeam, 66 percent of executives polled said they schedule formal staff appraisals annually, while 29 percent hold these meetings more frequently. Ten percent conduct reviews quarterly. Only 3 percent said they never conduct formal appraisals of their employees.
