Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Daniel Ellis has joined the U.S. Bancorp Investments team in the Salt Lake market. Julia Pettit is a new attorney at Stoel Rives in its Bankruptcy and Commercial Law practice group.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and New York-based Jalbert Productions developed television ads about Coldwell Banker's Olympic Residential Accommodations Program. The ads, which ran before the Games in major cities throughout the United States, resulted in a 12 percent increase in bookings from those cities.

Questar Corporation reported record earnings for 2001 with a net income of $158.2 million dollars. Much of the increase can be attributed to a 53% increase in earnings from oil and gas exploration and production.

The VuLink™ conferencing system from Gentner, a division of ClearOne Communications, won an Editor's Choice Awards from TMC Labs and Communications Solutions™ magazine. VuLink™ is a video conferencing system applicable from conference rooms to distance learning facilities.
