Sustaining Partners of the Salt Lake Chamber show an extraordinary support of the Chamber and its programs. The Salt Lake Chamber is grateful to Wells Fargo for renewing its Sustaining Partner status for another year and thanks them for their commitment to Salt Lake’s business community.

John Redd, of the Salt Lake City financial-services firm Edward Jones, announced that Edward Jones was named the “Best Company to Work For” by Fortune Magazine.

A Los Angeles Times article on February 5th spotlighted Edwards & Daniels Architects for their work and design at the Olympic Winter Park including the ski jumps, a ski museum, and several other buildings. The article called the jumps the “crown jewel” of the Utah Olympic Park.

Deer Valley Resort is offering discounts to attract skiers to the resort during February. The majority of the ski resort has been open for public skiing during the Games.

Here’s an Olympic business fact: Galyan’s, who is hosting regular athlete appearances, reports that their sales have exceeded their expectations during the Games.

In two more days the world’s biggest party will be over! The Chamber’s Century Club hospitality venue is having a “Party to end the Party” this Sunday, February 24th. Come experience the Game’s closing ceremonies and enjoy the amenities of the 10,000 square foot Century Club. Cost per event is $35 for Chamber members, $50 for guests.
