Coldwell Banker Residential has merged its three corporate offices into a new 11,500 square foot office at 6995 South Union Park Center. The merger involved about 60 people.

Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services has been named “Best Trustee for North America” for the second consecutive year by a survey of 11,000 industry peers conducted by Thomson Financial.

Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah has named its Employees of the Year: Marilyn Krstyen for Internal Customer Service, Denise House for External Customer Service, Pauline Johnson for Employee Leadership, and Sasha Richardson for Community Service.

Okland Construction has completed its restoration of the 1887 Karrick and the 1894 Lollin buildings on downtown Main street. The buildings are 26,000 square feet and will be used for office, retail, and residential purposes.
